    Health is not merely an absence of disease. To be healthy, these 5 keys to health must be considered.

    1. Healthy Nervous, Respiratory & Vascular System

    • Weight Training: 3 times per week

    5. Nutrition

    Nutrition is the final of the keys to health. The body is designed for raw foods: nuts, grains, fruits, vegetables, & a protein source. In addition to eating the aforementioned food (and always in moderation), staying hydrated by drinking water is vital. You should drink 40% of your body weight in ounces per day. With 70-90% of your body being comprised of water, staying hydrated is simply a way to be responsible for your health.
