    3. Doctors will wear scrubs and a mask that will be cleaned and replaced daily and only be used in the office.
    4. Doctors will spend minimum of 30 seconds scrubbing their hands between patients.
    5. Appointments will remain 30 minutes.  We will leave 15 minutes between appointments in order to disinfect all surfaces and ensure social distancing.
    6. We will use 2 treatment rooms.  There will be 45 minutes of active disinfectant on each table before it is used by the next patient.
    7. Our front door and treatment room doors will remain open at all times to avoid contact.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO DO:

    1. Please arrive on time for your appointment.  To ensure social distancing, DO NOT ARRIVE EARLY.
    2. Please wear a protective face covering, mask, bandana, scarf, etc.
    3. If you are a new patient please bring your paperwork.  If you cannot print at home, a paperwork packet will be provided for you.  This may affect the length of your treatment.   We will not extend the appointment time to make up for time used to complete the paperwork.
    4. Please refrain from touching the glass desk, or any surfaces in the office.
    5. We have hand sanitizer for you to use.
    6. At no time you will be allowed to wash your hands in the office sink, but you can use the sink in the bathroom.  The bathroom door will remain open for hand washing.

Note:  We will be scheduling on a week by week basis.  We will start by having availability on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 11:00am to 3:00pm.  We will expand our hours as the need fits.  As previously stated, there will be only one provider in the office at a time.

We promise we do not take this lightly and we will do everything to keep you safe.   We cannot wait to see you and serve you.  Thank you for your cooperation in following these guidelines.
