|Dr. Wang moved from Taiwan at age five and grew up in Southern California. In High School, he was chosen to attend the National Youth Leadership Forum on Medicine, which spurred his interest in studying the human body. Dr. Wang received his bachelor’s degree in Sports Medicine from the University of the Pacific in Stockton, California and then graduated from Life Chiropractic College West in 2007. He practiced in the Bay Area for the first 2 ½ years upon graduation. He then relocated to Seattle, Washington in 2010 and is now back in the Bay Area.
In the 7 years Dr. Wang has been in practice, he has implemented a variety of techniques in treating his patients. He has worked with athletes on their injuries to the weekend warriors, who are just looking to stay active and well.
Another area of his focus was to help patients restore normal function to the nervous system. To do this, he looks at the body in a different way. He studies the upper neck region, which is directly associated with the brainstem. By aligning the upper neck region, it will take the pressure off the brainstem, thus allowing the brain to properly communicate to the rest of the body in a natural state.
