Shin Splints

Sawanee, your knowledge of how the body works made you the perfect massage therapist I ever seen, and educate me on how to listen to my body, not only make the pain away from my shin and loosen up my tight calves but also explain why and gave me advice on self care. Running is impossible without your massage.

Hip Flexors

Thank you so much for your work on my.  My hip flexor feels so much better. And so does my  quad. I liked that you would ask if the pressure was too much- it gave me the opportunity to experience a comfortable massage.  Your work was professional and efficient. You were focused on the massage, but you were engaging at the same time.  Thank you again!

~S. Garland,
USF WSOC

Neck Pain

I really enjoyed the massage, she was very intuitive with where my pain was and focused on that. She also put a lot of pressure which felt great then stretched my neck and shoulders out.  The pressure helped so much as well as the stretching. I was able to turn my neck with no pain further than I could before my knots in my neck were hardly there.  Love it!! Great job!
