What you need to know about your treatment at Chiro-Health
Insurance
Chiropractic is now covered by many insurance policies from the very first visit. We are providers for most major insurances:
- Blue Shield PPO
- United Healthcare
- Great West
- Blue Cross PPO
- Aetna PPO
- Cigna PPO
- ASHP (accepted with special arrangements)
Our staff will prepare all of the necessary forms for this important benefit as a courtesy to our patients. However, we remind you that your policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company, not between your insurance company and our office. We cannot guarantee any estimated coverage, but we will do our best to see that you receive your maximum benefits.
No Insurance
If you do not have medical insurance, don't worry. We offer a variey of payment options and plans for saving on your care. Ask us about our newest automated payment option.
